Two online gaming friends have met for the first time after 300 rounds of Words With Friends.
Spencer, 22, and Roz, 86, are unlikely friends who live on opposite ends of the US, and finally met on Friday.
Both were delighted to see each other in person and Spencer shared the touching encounter on Twitter @Filth800.

“So last summer I randomly met this 80 y/o woman on words with friends,” he wrote.
“We played 300+ games together and she actually ended up becoming a good friend of mine.
“Today I got to go to Florida and meet her in person.”

To date, Spencer has won 210 rounds of Word With Friends against Roz and she has won 114.
The young man traveled from his home in Harlem to Roz’s retirement village in Florida and the pair spent the day together.
It’s not known if they played a few rounds of the popular game in person, although Spencer did share the results of their ongoing competition – just to be clear.
